Kane County:
The primary frequency for the Kane County OEM is 156.1725 . Just
about all the OEM's operations are on that frequency. Also the OEM
simulcasts from the their EOC on their old frequency of 158.745
(103.5 Hz. PL) with weather spotter information as well as their new
frequency.
On the ham end of things, the primary frequency is:
145.470 (103.5 Hz. PL).
Altermnate is:
443.025 (114.8 Hz. PL).

The Kendall County EMA usually uses 460.375 sometimes 460.575
Will County:
444.550 MHz, standard input offset (+ 5 MHz) and PL of 114.8.
co-sponsored by the Plainfield Radio League / Will Co EMA. This is
currently designated to be used as a relay between spotters in
the field in Will County (who report information to the EOC via
a different freq either the Will Co 800 system or another ham
freq) and NWS Lockport.

Just a Note from above:
Champaign ARES repeater is at 444.100. Normally all severe weather nets occur there, while the repeater at 147.060 is used for general information, spotter-to-spotter communication, and non-spotter reports (and as backup in case the 444.100 repeater is down). EMA (formerly known as ESDA) spotters use the 155.040 frequency, while ARES spotters use the other two.

Highway Dept. On a county owned tower. These are good wide area
repeaters and are open to anyone . They also have an APRS Digi
located at the Grundy Co. EOC, in Morris.
TG
1268 on the Grundy County TRS is reportedly used by ESDA (I haven't
confirmed it thought). TG 1200 is an ISPERN patch where you can hear
tornado warning broadcasts by ISP as storms pass through the area.
